Hello,

I have lined up instructors to teach the full class for NFPA 1002 Driver Operator-Pumper.

THIS CLASS HAS NOT BEEN SCHEDULED YET

They are not from berks and are willing to travel here to teach the class. The class length is 16 hours, with a written and practical examination at the completion.

We are looking to find out how many people are interested in taking the class.

Once we have a list of people interested we will then schedule the class. We need to have a minimum number of 15 students to run.

If you are interested, please reply to this thread with dates that would work for you. We will then take into consideration and pick the date that best fits the majority.

Dates should be around end of summer early fall.

I spoke with the instructors and they are putting dates together. Once they finalize them I will post them, so we can set the date.

This is going to be a prep class for the NFPA 1002.
He is going to be forwarding the pre-req's.

I want to re-affirm this is not going to teach you how to pump. This is a pre-class, and at the end you will take the test for NFPA 1002.
