After some boring discussions lately, lets spruce things up.

Those of you that use holmatro tools, tell us why you like them so much better.

There doesn't seem to be too much of a debate about their superiority, just help us understand why...

Ever feel you have multiple personalities?

Anyway..to answer your question,
Speed of the tool, although many try to say that faster is not always better and it can get you into trouble quicker...I say they just have slower tools and don't want to change.
Easier to couple the tools and lines together, no lining up the "notch".
Weight is major plus, you can work longer without fatigue.
Work off of a non-toxic oil, I have had too many cases of burning skin and eyes from hurst
Portable units that are extremely light and versatile, many companies, including 9, have no on-board lines and work off portable units only.

I was brought up using hurst, thought they were the best.....until I used Holmatro. I still use hurst obviously, but my personal preference stays the same.

I was hoping the speed issue would come up (thanks Brooksie). I have heard a number of people say that the tools are too fast and that it gets you "in trouble".

What really stands out to me as being superior is the weight and thanks for pointing out the part I could never put in words: Less fatigue means you can work longer.

The speed can be controlled, let off of the grip and the tool slows and stops. Re-evaluate the situation and then proceed.

couple quick stats, on a side note: all three sites have some very interesting literature to read on rescue updates.

Holatro new cutter is at 208,000 lbs cutting force
Hurst's is at 152,000 but the blades are much longer, the "o" stlye is only at 71,000
Genesis has a boron cutting tool capable of 231,000

Correct me if anything is off, you could spend hours on their sites, I don't have hours.
