Finally got to cross Skydiving off my list of things to do before I die. Luckily it didn't cross of dying on me.

Went over Memorial Day weekend at Sky's the Limit in East Stroudsburg. My daughter wanted to do it for her 21st birthday so her brother, an aunt and I went with her.

Left the plane at 13,500 feet and did a one minute free-fall until the chute opened at 5,000 feet. The whole thing took less than 10 minutes from the time we left the plane until we landed.

WHAT A RUSH!!!! I'll do it again in a heartbeat.

Anyone else ever try it?

I was on the swingset back in Elememtary school and swung really high and jumped......after a short 2 second freefall from about 10 feet up, I ended up twisting my ankle pretty bad. That was me telling myself not to go any higher. You are a braver man than I!! Wise man once say, "Its not the fall that kills ya, its the sudden stop at the end"
