The Shoemakersville Fire Co. will accept sealed bids for the Ford F-250 Brush Truck as stated above until Monday April 2nd at Midnight. The bids will be opened publicly at the Relief Meeting Tuesday evening April 3rd.

All bids are to be addressed & delivered to Shoemakersville Fire Co, c/o Ed Klahr, 300 Church Ave, Shoemakersville PA 19555. The bids should be clearly marked Brush Truck Bid.
Shoemakersville FC reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

The Shoemakersville Fire Co. is replacing our 1972 Ford with a 2006 Ford F-450 Diesel with a Reading Box.All emergency lights are LED. The Skid Tank should be ordered soon Our new truck will not only be utilized at brush fires, but will tow our boat, and carry some water rescue equipment. We are also planning on making it our certified QRS vehicle. I will post any more info I get on the new truck or skid tank.

Brush 40 is sold!! The new Brush 40 is now in service.

I don't know who they sold it to. The new Brush 40 went into service about one week ago.
